Shipping Policy

All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. I take great care in packaging your work and tracking information is provided. Shipping costs are billed separately from artwork and must be paid in full prior to shipping. Larger items which do not fit into USPS Flat Rate boxes or envelopes are shipped base on weight. A flat rate is charged for such items and details will be provided to the buyer once shipment occurs.

Return Policy

If an item arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Lisa within two days to make arrangements for a return and refund. No returns or refunds will be issued after the two day period. Any damage incurred once in the buyer’s care is not refundable. In the case of damage that occurs en route to the buyer, Lisa will cover the costs of shipping the return. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
